Set up your workspace

A workspace is your business in FixLoop. The person who creates it is the owner.

1. Go to Start a free trial. Add your name, work email and a password of at least 10 characters.
2. Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then create your account.
3. Check your email for a 6-digit code and enter it to confirm your email.
4. Add your business name and pick your type of business. The type sets the privacy reminder people see when they report a problem.
5. Pick how many people will use FixLoop.
6. Invite your team, or skip this for now and do it later from the Team page.
7. On your Home page, press Choose next to Choose how fixes are checked. Decide if fixes need photo proof, and whether FixLoop should check the fix held (Effectiveness verification) and after how many days. To start, photo proof is off and the check is on after 14 days.

You can change all of these later. The owner finds them in Settings.
