Do I need a card for the trial?
No. The trial is free for 14 days for up to 10 people. You only add a card when you choose a plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your problems and reports stay safe. You can still look and export, but you can't add or change anything until you choose a plan.
Which plan do I need?
Count the people who will report or fix problems. Starter is for up to 10, Team up to 25 and Business up to 50. Every plan has every feature.
What is the founding price?
A lower price for the first 15 businesses on a monthly plan: $99, $199 or $349 a month for the first year (12 months). After that it's the normal price. Yearly plans don't get the founding price; they get 2 months free. 15 of 15 spots are left.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, in Settings, Billing. Your plan runs to the end of the month or year you paid for. If FixLoop isn't right for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down in Settings, Billing. The change is worked out to the day. On the founding price, you keep it on your new monthly plan for the rest of your first year.
