Plans and billing
The free trial, choosing a plan, paying by card, changing or cancelling.
Every new workspace starts with a free 14-day trial for up to 10 people. No card is needed.
The plans
- Starter: $149 a month, up to 10 people.
- Team: $299 a month, up to 25 people.
- Business: $499 a month, up to 50 people.
- Every plan has every feature. Pay yearly and get two months free.
- Founding price, monthly plans only: the first 15 businesses pay $99, $199 or $349 a month for their first year (12 months). After that, the normal price. Changing to another monthly plan keeps the founding price for the rest of that year. Yearly plans get two months free instead.
Choose a plan
- The owner opens Settings, then Billing.
- Pick monthly or yearly, then press Choose on a plan.
- Pay by card on the secure Stripe page. You come back to FixLoop when it's done.
Change, update your card or cancel
In Settings, Billing, the owner presses Manage billing. There you can change plan, update your card, get invoices or cancel. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the time you paid for.
If FixLoop isn't right for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it. Use Contact us.
When a trial ends
The owner gets an email 3 days before the trial ends and another on its last day.
When it ends, your problems and reports stay safe. Everyone can still look and export, but nothing can be added or changed until the owner chooses a plan. Choosing a plan opens everything again straight away.
Workspaces that started before card payments opened got a fresh 14-day trial on that day, with an email to the owner.
Card details go straight to Stripe, our payment provider. FixLoop never sees your full card number.
